HAY PAO Portable Lamp Grey
- An exciting collaboration with Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa, the Pao Portable Lamp is named after the soft, glowing shape of traditional Mongolian Pao tents. By keeping the aesthetics modest and simple, Fukasawa creates a beautiful everyday object that is in harmony with its environment. Paos base and shade are constructed from a resistant polycarbonate, with a smooth, high gloss finish, with the light source concealed inside the shade. Providing a diffused downlight, with a warm, homely glow, the compact, battery-operated lamp can easily be moved around the house or taken into the garden and other outside spaces. The lamp is available four in different colour options.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
- Before use, refer to the provided manual. Our manuals contain the necessary instructions to assemble the lamp. Incorrect assembly may risk damaging the circuit and reducing the lamp's lifespan.
- For lamps made of cotton, wool, or nylon, avoid using wet or damp cloths for cleaning and maintenance. Instead, use a dry, lint-free cloth or duster to remove dirt.
- For lamps made of aluminum, steel, ABS, polypropylene, polycarbonate, or acrylic, avoid using alcohol or other solvents for cleaning and avoid using abrasive or rough sponges. The product can be cleaned with a soft damp cloth and mild cleaning detergent, or a dry microfiber cloth.

Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order through our support team (hello@thedeansessentials.com) within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

Only exchange of the same/similar product at the same or lower price is available;

If the product is a discontinued item, we will offer you a refund of the purchased amount;

If the returned product does not meet the requirement for exchange or return after checking, you will be asked to collect it at our assigned collection point or be responsible for the return postage if delivery is preferred.
