- The RIEDEL BARWARE DRINK SPECIFIC GLASSWARE is made in collaboration with spirits specialist Zane Harris, answering the need for cocktail-specific glassware among restaurants and bars, and for cocktail enthusiasts at home with six glasses perfected for thousands of cocktails. The glasses are based on the traditional serves for seven classic cocktails: The Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Daiquiri, Sour, Peasant, Buck and Julep. Working in partnership with Riedel, Harris created each glass giving specific attention to its size, shape, volume and capacity for ice, a concept in its totality never before explored by any glassware company.

Refund Policy
Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order through our support team (hello@thedeansessentials.com) within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
Product Defect
Receipt within 3 days;
A certified product quality problem;
Only exchange of the same/similar product at the same or lower price is available;
Additional payment is required if you would like to exchange for a more expensive product;
If the product is a discontinued item, we will offer you a refund of the purchased amount;

If the returned product does not meet the requirement for exchange or return after checking, you will be asked to collect it at our assigned collection point or be responsible for the return postage if delivery is preferred.
