We are challenging the classics of geometry and exploring new shapes. This process is mirrored onto a new line of textiles, cushions and accessories centred in engaging forms. We used the special loop weaving technique to create a pattern with a 3D effect and to form the unique pattern. The Kelim Cushion Covers are made of New Zealand wool, which is an incredibly soft and itch-free quality.

Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order through our support team (hello@thedeansessentials.com) within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

A certified product quality problem;
Only exchange of the same/similar product at the same or lower price is available;
Additional payment is required if you would like to exchange for a more expensive product;
If the product is a discontinued item, we will offer you a refund of the purchased amount;

If the returned product does not meet the requirement for exchange or return after checking, you will be asked to collect it at our assigned collection point or be responsible for the return postage if delivery is preferred.
