The Notko bag is made of lightweight cotton canvas in the Logo pattern, which is printed in Helsinki. The bag can be carried on the shoulder thanks to its long handles. Our tote bags are sewn using the whole width of the fabric, and therefore their appearance may vary slightly. Each item is unique.

Refund Policy
Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order through our support team (hello@thedeansessentials.com) within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
Product Defect
Receipt within 3 days;
A certified product quality problem;
Only exchange of the same/similar product at the same or lower price is available;
Additional payment is required if you would like to exchange for a more expensive product;
If the product is a discontinued item, we will offer you a refund of the purchased amount;
Damage caused by personal accident are not applicable;
Return service is not applicable If you have ordered the wrong product.
If the returned product does not meet the requirement for exchange or return after checking, you will be asked to collect it at our assigned collection point or be responsible for the return postage if delivery is preferred.
In case of any dispute, the decision of The Dean’s Essentials shall be final.
